For service providers, Frendlee offers an opportunity to earn extra income by offering specific activities. More importantly, you'll engage with seniors not as caretakers but as friends and equals, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
For relatives, Frendlee is a great way to ensure your parent or grandparent is enjoying social experiences in a safe environment. You’ll have the opportunity to monitor their upcoming appointments, including details on when, where, and with whom they will be spending time. This provides peace of mind and assurance that your loved one is truly enjoying their life! -

Can I become a Frendlee Provider?
Absolutely! If you are 18 and older and have unique skills or activities you'd love to share and get paid for, you can become a Frendlee Provider. Simply sign up here to start making meaningful connections and earn extra income while sharing your talents.

How are the Frendlee Providers chosen?
Frendlee Providers are selected through a thorough evaluation process conducted by our team and supported by research tools. We assess a range of factors including skills, background, and empathy to ensure that our Providers meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Once approved, Providers are available for video calls through our system before any in-person engagements, and they receive ratings from senior users. This helps maintain a high level of service and trust.
Additionally, all prospective Providers must complete a training course on how to use the platform effectively and interact with senior users. This ensures that every Provider is well-prepared to offer exceptional and respectful service. -
If I have any problem or medical emergency, what will be done?
Frendlee Providers receive training to handle emergencies effectively. In the event of a problem or medical emergency, they are trained to seek immediate help, notify relatives, and provide basic first aid if necessary. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities.

Is it safe to use my credit card or iDeal?
Yes. Our payment system is completely safe. And the payments for the activities are all executed with your authorization.

Do I have to pay to use the app?
No, there is no cost to sign up and use the Frendlee app. You can explore and connect with others at no charge. Payment is only required for hired activities, and a small percentage fee is applied to each transaction – that's how we get paid! Signing up and using the app are completely free.

Do you pay VAT for every appointment?
Yes, the total amount due, including VAT and our commission, will be clearly displayed on the payment checkout screen.

Do I have to pay my Frendlee Provider in person?
No, you don’t need to pay the Frendlee Provider directly. The platform handles all payments at the end of your activity. If the activity requires additional costs, such as entrance fees (e.g., for a museum exhibition), your Frendlee Provider will include these in their charges unless you agree otherwise.

If I don't like the activity, do I have to pay? What if there has been a bad service?
You may question the payment of an activity for different reasons. Each case will be reviewed by our team, and during this review, your payment will be held securely by us, and no funds will be released to the Frendlee Provider. Once the issue is resolved, you will have the opportunity to rate your Provider.

If I give up on an activity, do I have to pay?
If you cancel a confirmed activity with at least 24 hours' notice, no charge will apply. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full charge.

What happens if the Frendlee does not show up?
If a Frendlee Provider does not show up for the activity, you will not be charged. Simply select the "No-Show" button, and our Frendlee team will handle the situation.

Is there a tolerance for delays?
There is a 15-minute grace period for delays. If either the Elderly user or the Provider arrives more than 15 minutes past the agreed time, the no-show policy will apply.

Am I going to be charged monthly?
No, the app does not charge any monthly fees, subscriptions, or recurring payments. You only pay for the events you book with Providers. As a Provider, there are no fees for having your profile on the app.

Who defines the location of the activity?
The meeting location for the activity or event will be arranged between the Elderly user and the Provider, and will be specified on the schedule card after confirmation. Please arrive at the agreed location on time, and when you’re ready to start, click the "Start" button in the app. For your initial meetings, we recommend selecting open and public places for added safety.

What do I do in order to find my Frendlee for the activity?
The location address will be provided on your schedule card. Use the app’s chat feature to coordinate with the Frendlee Provider and discuss any identifying traits to help you recognize each other more easily.

If one of the parts suggests something illicit, should I report?
If either party suggests anything inappropriate or illicit, please report it to us immediately. Your feedback is crucial for maintaining a safe and high-quality experience for all users. Your vigilance helps us ensure the safety and well-being of everyone on the platform.
